The New Enemy
The third book in McNab's Liam Scott series. Finished reading this one to my son - glad to have finished this series in all honesty.
Carl's Doomsday Scenario
The second Dungeon Crawler Carl book was just as good as the first one. Straight onto to 3rd!
The New Patrol
The second book in the Liam Scott series by Andy McNab. It's close the the bone in parts, but my oldest son enjoyed it.
Dungeon Crawler Carl
First book in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series and it was bloody brilliant!
Rebirth
The 4th book in the Extracted series, RR Haywood continues to make these books great.
Extinct
The 3rd book in RR Haywood's Extracted trilogy did not disappoint. Such a fantastic series.
Executed
Really enjoying this trilogy - after the first book I couldn't put this one down. The characters continue to develop and the dynamics in the group start changing. Already started number 3...
Extracted
Really enjoyed this one. It's part of a trilogy and this entire book pretty much just sets the scene. By the end, things are only just getting started, but I love how Haywood focusses on the 3 people...
Project Hail Mary
Absolutely superb book. I couldn't put this one down - gripping from the very start with a story that fill of twists and turns. Loved it!
Fugitive Telemetry
Meh. We're back to short-form Murderbot now, so it was a quicl one to read, but really not that engaging to be honest. The ending had a bit of a twist, but it felt rushed. I think I need a break from...
The Long Ride Home
This was a fun read, especially since he did it on a shoe-string. I follow Nathan's YouTube channel too, and have been thinking about going on one of his tours, so this was a read I was invested in. T...
Network Effect
This was a longer book that the other Murderbot books, and I think it suffered because of it. There was a lull in the middle for around 4 chapters, and I really struggled to get through them. The last...
A Change Of Plans
This was a fun little short story. I wish it went on for longer, as I was just starting to get into it.
TRIGGERED
Really enjoyed this book - engrossing from very early on and had me hooked. Great read that's full of Haywood's usual British humour.
Flybot
The latest book by Dennis E. Taylor about an AI that goes rogue. Not his best work, I have to say.
